Prom 2025 Information

Age Requirement & Guests
All students in 11th and 12th grades (as listed in Power School) are invited to attend Prom, and are permitted one additional guest
Guests must be in at least 9th grade and may not be older than 20 years of age on April 12th, 2025 Valid photo IDs will be required for ALL individuals entering Prom Any student bringing a guest who does not attend ARHS must complete a Guest Form Purchased tickets cannot be picked up without a completed Guest Form Students who purchase a guest ticket for a 9th or 10th grader or an individual who does not attend ARHS, MUST enter the Prom with that guest and are responsible for their guest's behavior at all times Once tickets have been purchased online, hard copy tickets with names on them will be issued and must be picked up at school during ILT. Tickets are not to be exchanged or altered in any way! Music
Live! Productions, a premier production company, will be presenting a continuous mix of the latest music. Combined with interactive lighting, fog, bubbles and more, they provide a dance experience unlike any other.
Photography
“The Photo Booth People,” a leading candid photo company will be on hand with multiple photo experience options, all free of charge.
Food & Favors
An elegant assortment of finger foods and desserts, as well as beverages will be offered. In addition, each attendee will be presented with a souvenir upon leaving.

Refund Policy
Ticket refunds will only be given for emergency or extreme circumstances (break-ups, change of plans, or mistaken purchases do not qualify as extreme circumstances). A receipt must accompany all refund requests. If a refund is needed, you must fill out a request form in the Front Office outlining the reason for the refund and attach your receipt. Approved refunds will only be given after the date of Prom.
General Reminders
Prom is a formal occasion and therefore requires formal attire for both ladies and gentlemen.
Dresses may not have extreme midrift exposure. Dress length must be appropriate.
School dress code applies for men. Only FORMAL hats will be permitted (NO BALL CAPS).
Security officers will be patrolling inside as well as the exterior premises for your safety.
Students engaging in inappropriate dancing may be asked to leave.
Once students have entered the prom, they may not leave and return.
Since the Prom is a school-sponsored event, ALL ARHS rules concerning behavior, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, and illegal substances WILL be enforced
